Salah Abdullah Alghanim

Lawyer and Founder of law firm Salah Alghanim 

Salah graduated from the Faculty of Law – Alexandria University, Egypt in 1979. He has been registered as a lawyer in the Kuwait Society of Lawyers since 1980.

Salah started his career working in the legal department at Kuwait Finance House Bank. Here, he gained extensive experience in Islamic banking, Islamic finance, Islamic operations and the establishment of companies. 

In 1986, Salah established his own law firm and, since then, has been entrusted with many criminal, civil, commercial, employment and real estate matters etc. 

Salah is an active member and participant in many committees of the Kuwait Society of Lawyers. Salah is also registered as an official trustee of the Ministry of Justice. Moreover, Salah is a registered arbitrator at the Kuwait Commercial Arbitration Centre (the Kuwait Chamber of Commerce and Industry) and the National Sports Arbitration Tribunal.

Finally, Salah has attended countless training courses, as well as specialized lectures and seminars.

 

Dr. Attorney-at-Law Bashayer Salah Alghanim

Bashayer is a lawyer and consultant at law firm Salah Alghanim. 

Bashayer graduated from the College of Law – Kuwait University in 2005. She subsequently obtained a Master's Degree from the University of Leicester, UK, as well as a PhD from the University of Nottingham, UK.

As well as being a practicing lawyer, Bashayer is also an Associate Professor of Private International Law at the College of Law at Kuwait University. In addition, she is a registered arbitrator with Kuwait Commercial Arbitration Centre (the Kuwait Chamber of Commerce and Industry) and the National Sports Arbitration Tribunal.

Finally, Bashayer is also a regular guest lecturer and expert trainer on many specialized legal topics.
